This is my image of my Silhouette. I first had to paint the background green and blend it in so its light to dark. I then had to get my Silhouette then cut around it, I also had to make my own silhouette and stick it on to my paper. I really enjoyed when I had to blend the colours dark to light. Akuhata

Stained Glass Window Butterfly
This is my butterfly. I made it this morning.I made it with glue and glitter and with a Black pastel. One of the things that I like about it was using different textures with the Glitters. By Alayah

I had to drew star's before I had to cut . Then I had to colour the rest Black. After we had to tape light paper at the back of the butterfly. Then I cut the butterfly out but left same white bits out side of the butterfly. After we glued the butterfly and put glitter on the butterfly and left it to dry. By Hosea

Healthy Smoothies

Book week
We had different visitors reading to us their favourite book. Constable Cyrus, Pranita from our local library, Nadine Sorrenson and the head students from Tamaki College were our fabulous readers.
This is our special assembly. Each learner dressed up as a character and went onto the stage to show the school.
Even our teachers dressed up. We had a dragon, Princess Jasmine, Pippi Longstocking and Mrs Wishy Washy.
