Theme and Rheme


Each person in our group got a sentence from a paragraph.


We had to work together to put the sentences in the correct place to form a paragraph.


Some groups had to read their paragraph a few times to make sure it flowed and was in a sequence.


                           We read our paragraphs to the class to check whether it was correct.

We sometimes had to make changes with the help of the class.
In the end we used theme and rheme to ensure the text flowed and made sense.
